Food Friday: Fruit Pizza the Healthy Way

So I have found another oh so amazing blog with healthy but delicious recipes{'healthy mama, happy mama' found here}.  We all know the recipes that are "healthy" but taste horrible so of course you are going to be skinnier because you don't want to eat something that doesn't taste good right?  Well these are the delicious type of healthy recipes...so don't panic!

FRUIT PIZZA

CRUST:
3/4 cup oats
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp powdered stevia
1 TB coconut oil
3 TB unsweetened vanilla almond milk
FROSTING
:
1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 TB FAVAO vanilla protein powder
cinnamon
stevia
Blend oats into a fine flour in a small blender. Combine all crust ingredients in a mixer and mix well. Press crust evenly into a sprayed pie dish or onto a piece of parchment paper. Bake in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes. While crust is cooling, mix all frosting ingredients and spread on cooled crust. Top pizza with your favorite fruit.  kiwi, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries. Cut pizza into slices and serve.
